RDM Material Handling Group comes with over 41 years of experience in the Material Handling Industry.  We are a family-owned and operated company, headed by Rick Mankas, a greater Delaware Valley area conveyor and material handling expert. 

Looking for a turn-key solution? We've completed many diverse projects and specialize in the design, programming, installation, reconfiguration and dismantling of conveyor systems in warehouses and distribution centers nationwide. The cleaning and reconditioning process is performed in our remanufacturing facility in Bristol, PA.  All units are also tested prior to the sale of materials for every end user or systems integrator.

ONE OF OUR DESIGNS

Working closely with our customer and directly with the manufacturer, we designed and installed a complete turn-key MDR (Motorized Drive Roller) conveying system that utilized both reconditioned Hilmot MDR 1000 Series, along with newly purchased Hilmot MDR 1500 Series.  

This project included two MDR pick lines, flanked by gravity conveyor on each side. These pick lines merged into a single line, which led into the shipping area and diverted product onto multiple ship lanes.
